An Atlanta based massage and energy therapist, sound practitioner, yogi, and shaman. She is an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. She has developed a unique form of fusion massage that incorporates eastern and western modalities, energy, spirit, and vibration, with the mundane.
Graduating from Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health in Atlanta, Georgia at the top of her class in 2005, she continued her bodywork education at Wat Pho in Bangkok, Thailand in 2006. In 2011, she received Reiki I & II attunements and also at that time, she was introduced to the field of Sound Therapy and, fascinated, began to focus her attention in that arena.
She has been studying the therapeutic benefits of sound since 2011 and is an active member of The International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA). In 2013, she founded twilight reveille, a sacred sound orchestra. At the 10th Anniversary Cymatics Conference in 2015, twilight reveille was honored to receive a Healing Sound Ambassador Award for their contribution to the field. In 2017, twilight reveille graced the stage of Atlanta's fabulous Fox Theater's Egyptian Ballroom for The Big Quiet's inaugural visit to The Dogwood City.
Playing the quartz crystal singing bowls, she conducted a weekly meditation at Self Discovery Center for several years and provides live soundscapes for dance performances, yoga classes and other special events throughout the year, as well as providing individual therapeutic sessions. She has taught An Introduction to Crystal Bowls for ISTA and has presented workshops at Chantlanta 2016 & 2017, Wigwam Wellness Festival, Something Fresh Fest, and Dirty South Yoga Fest. The angelic vibrations produced by these crystal bowls have touched the lives of many, bringing peace and profound transformation.
In 2016, she acquired her first gong, a wind gong. She expanded her collection in 2019 with a Paiste Symphonic Gong. Adding these idiophones to her soundscapes has allowed for a spiraling holism in her creation that resonates within all of the cells of the body.
From 2018-2020, Jennifer was on sabbatical in the remote jungle of Maui. This time was spent deepening her craft, facilitating a weekly soundbath meditation at Maui Eco Retreat and sharing the science and techniques of therapeutic sound through their internship program.
